Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stockalyze.com (the "Service"), operated by the team behind Stockalyze ("Stockalyze", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not investment advice

Stockalyze produces informational research reports generated with the assistance of automated tools and AI. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Reports, tiers, and delivery

Each tier specifies an expected delivery window (4, 24, or 48 hours). Windows are targets, not guarantees. Every report is billed per report. Repeat requests for the same ticker on the same day may be served from a recent report.

4. Payment, third-party costs, and refunds

Paid reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. The price covers real, non-recoverable costs we incur as soon as you order — most of it pays outside providers: the AI compute used to research and write your report, and the market-data feeds it relies on. Because that money is spent the moment generation begins, payments are non-refundable once a report has started or finished generating.

Delivered reports are non-refundable — including if you are not satisfied with the result — because the cost is spent producing the report. Non-delivery is different: if a report fails to generate, or is not delivered within its stated window, you can take a full, self-service refund from the report’s page — no questions asked. If the refund can’t be processed automatically, contact support@stockalyze.com and we’ll refund you by hand.

Prepaid packs (bundles): you may buy reports in advance as a discounted pack of credits for a tier. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable, are valid for one year from purchase, and expire unused after that. A credit is spent when you submit a report; if that report then fails to generate, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. The same non-delivery terms above apply to reports paid for with credits, except that you are made whole with the returned credit rather than a cash refund.

EU/EEA consumers: a report is digital content and services supplied on demand. By placing an order and asking us to begin, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once generation of that report begins.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute reports without written permission.
• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Reports are licensed to you for your personal use. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, and underlying methods.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Report content may contain errors or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for any investment losses or indirect damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
